Jupiter, one of series of planets at atmospere has been found missing it cloud belt by NASA. This cloud belt is surrounded with white crispy cirrus clouds which made from ice crystals.
As NASA founded
“The SEB fades at irregular intervals, most recently in 1973-75, 1989-90, 1993, 2007, 2010,” said John Rogers, director of the British Astronomical Association’s Jupiter Section. “The 2007 fading was terminated rather early, but in the other years, the SEB was almost absent, as at present.”

As you can see, there is different before August 4, 2009 and after May 8 2010. The cloud belt surround this planet disappear. Not sure, is it a normal behaviour for Jupiter or something wrong with Jupiter environment.
